Shipping within New Zealand
- Shipping is free on all orders over $250.
- For orders under $250, standard shipping is $8
*Free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to promotional and sale periods. Any changes will be communicated via email and on the website at the time.
- All shipping rates detailed here are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases in Veronika Maine stand alone stores or Ballantynes. Online orders made via Click & Collect incur stand alone store shipping rates if required to be posted. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' in Checkout.

Signature required
Your parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest post office for your collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified via email. Redelivery is charged at an additional $10.
Shipping Timeframes
The shipping times below supplied by New Zealand Post are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not necessarily the order date.
New Zealand Post estimates delivery within 3 working days from the date an order is dispatched. This is an estimate only, and you will receive your tracking details upon your order’s dispatch. Use this number to follow the progress of your parcel, and as a reference should you need to contact New Zealand Post to enquire.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays). In the event you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.
If you order more than one item, your order may be fulfilled from several sources. In this instance, you will receive separate parcels from each sending store.
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at checkout, based on the delivery location, service selected and Privilege membership. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address, please include the business name and full address in the delivery address upon checkout.
Orders received by lunchtime will be dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received after this time or outside of NZST business hours will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can check the status of your delivery.

- Your favourite store will be automatically set as your closest Veronika Maine store depending on your current location. You can change this by either clicking through at the top of your screen, or when searching for availability of a style. Our collect in-store option is exclusive to Veronika Maine stores and excludes Ballantynes.
Collecting Your Order
- You will be notified once your order is ready, so please ensure you wait for this email and text message before visiting your chosen store.
- All orders completed using the collect in-store option will require a valid mobile number to be supplied in order to receive a collection notification. These text messages cannot be opted out of.
- If an item is available in store, and the store has more than 2 hours left of trading, you will be able to collect the item on the same day, otherwise, it will be available in-store the next day.
- Should you wish to make any changes to your order, contact our customer service team for assistance (details below) rather than contacting the collection store directly.
- When collecting your order in-store, you will need to show a copy of the invoice emailed to you once we have advised that your order is ready. You may also be asked to show photo ID at the point of collection.
Collection Times
- If a Click & Collect order is not collected within three weeks of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original method of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.
Other
- Any items chosen for delivery to your residential or business address will adhere to current shipping standards.
- Our online returns policy applies to all purchases made online, regardless of whether they are delivered or collected in-store.
- In-store collection is currently only available at Veronika Maine stores within Australia and New Zealand, excluding Ballantynes and clearance stores.

Store to Door

If your local store doesn't have the piece you're looking for, our team in-store can locate the item for you in a Veronika Maine store within New Zealand and have it delivered to your door.
Store to door orders must be returned in-store only and cannot be returned to the online store. If for any reason your store to door order is cancelled, you will be contacted via phone to organise a refund.
