COVID-19 Update

We are incredibly relieved that New Zealand has successfully flattened the curve in the fight against COVID-19. With this news, we have a few updates listed below. 

Stores

We are happy to welcome you back into our stores across New Zealand, with enhanced health and safety practices. For further details please click here.

As our top priority is the safety and well-being of you, our loyal customers and retail team, each store is:
 
• Welcoming you with hand sanitiser on arrival and departure
• Strictly practicing social distancing and limiting the number of people in-store
• Conducting regular sanitising and cleaning of all touchpoints (including coat hangers, surfaces, handles and payment terminals)
• Ensuring that the number of people permitted in-store is not exceeded
• Accepting card payments only
 

Online

Our online stores remain open and ready to inspire you with fashion, when you feel you need it. 
 
We have also increased hygiene practices in our warehouse in line with advice from the Australian Department of Health.
 

Shipping

There are no longer shipping restrictions in New Zealand, so your order will be dispatched as per normal.
 
All orders will be dispatched via express shipping for free until further notice
 

Returns

As COVID-19 restrictions have eased and most of our stores are now open, our returns period will revert to 15 days.

This change will commence online & in-store for any purchases made from Thursday 4 June. Purchases made prior to this date will still be eligible to return within 30 days.

At Cue Clothing Co. HQ we are actively adjusting the way we work and acting quickly in-line with advice from the Australian Government Department of Health, continually reinforcing safety disciplines. To date we have implemented flexible hours and the ability to work from home. This applies to our Customer Care Team. As a result, there may be longer than usual wait times to speak with our team. Do the ten to keep you and our community safe:

  1. Stay at home
  2. Wash your hands with soap regularly
  3. for at least 20 seconds
  4. Sanitise your hands where possible
  5. Cough into your elbow or tissue
  6. Avoid touching your face
  7. Avoid human contact including hugging and shaking hands
  8. Regularly clean surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes including
  9. your mobile and computer
  10. Use plastic to tap pay - avoid handling cash
  11. Avoid directly touching door handles, petrol dispensers etc
  12. Use an object to press lift buttons not your bare finger
  13. Maintain social distancing of at least 1.5 metres apart
